- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese, softened cream cheese, and mayonnaise. Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Lay out the tortillas and spread the creamy chicken mixture evenly onto each tortilla. Top with spinach, diced tomatoes, and sliced green onions.
- Fold the sides of each tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom to secure the filling.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Once crispy, remove from skillet, let cool, slice in half, and serve warm.
