Method
 

Preparation

  2. Lay out the tortillas and spread the creamy chicken mixture evenly onto each tortilla. Top with spinach, diced tomatoes, and sliced green onions.
  3. Fold the sides of each tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom to secure the filling.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  5. Once crispy, remove from skillet, let cool, slice in half, and serve warm.
