  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil for greasing the baking dish

  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your baking dish and ingredients to streamline the prep process.
  2. Combine cooked chicken, artichoke hearts, and frozen spinach in a large mixing bowl. Mix evenly.
  3. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, ¾ cup of mozzarella, ¾ cup of Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until fully coated.
  4. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Spread the chicken and vegetable mixture evenly across the greased baking dish.
  6. Combine breadcrumbs with melted butter until well coated and sprinkle over the casserole.
  7. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
