  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup grapes halved (optional)
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add the chopped celery, red onion, grapes, and slivered almonds (if using). Stir gently to incorporate all ingredients.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve the chicken salad on a bed of lettuce leaves or as a sandwich filling.
