Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, greasing it lightly.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Melt butter and chocolate chips together, then allow to cool slightly. Beat in eggs and combine with dry ingredients.
  4. Prepare cherries by draining and halving them, then distribute evenly over the chocolate base.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips over cherries and drizzle sweetened condensed milk on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are firm and center slightly jiggly. Cool completely before cutting.
