  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon increase for a more pronounced flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg adds warmth
  • 1 teaspoon salt balances the sweetness

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper and non-stick spray.
