  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar can substitute with coconut sugar
For the Cinnamon Swirl
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Vegan Butter
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar use less for milder flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon adjust to your spice preference

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually combine with the wet ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Mix melted vegan butter with brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl for the swirl.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan, dollop with the cinnamon swirl mixture, then top with remaining batter.
  6. Bake for approximately 45 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
