  • 1 loaf Thick Fresh Focaccia homemade or high-quality store-bought
For the Filling
  • 1 tbsp Pesto Sauce spread thinly
  • 8 oz Burrata Cheese room temperature
  • 4 oz Prosciutto thin slices
  • 2 oz Salami very thin slices
  • 1 cup Young Arugula lightly seasoned
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
For Serving
  • 1 cup Chips optional

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Slice the thick fresh focaccia horizontally into two equal halves.
  2. Spread a thin layer of pesto sauce on the cut side of the bottom half of the focaccia.
  3. Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and layer them over the pesto, sprinkling with salt and pepper.
  4. Layer the prosciutto and salami over the burrata.
  5. Distribute arugula over the salami and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Place the top half of the focaccia on the fillings and press down gently.
  7. Slice the sandwich in half diagonally for serving.
