  • 1 pkg Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies Frozen
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Combine the frozen Mrs. T’s cheddar pierogies, sliced kielbasa, 3 cups of chicken broth, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese in the crockpot. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are evenly mixed.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper into the crockpot to taste, and stir again to combine the seasonings throughout the dish.
  3. Cover the crockpot and set to cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6 hours until pierogi are tender.
  4. About 30 minutes before cooking time is up, heat the remaining chicken broth and cream cheese in a saucepan until smooth.
  5. Pour the smooth cream cheese mixture into the crockpot and stir. Sprinkle reserved cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Allow the casserole to cook on low for an additional 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot from the crockpot.
