- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped yellow onion and sauté for 5–7 minutes until softened.
- Add ground turkey to the pot, breaking it up. Cook for 7–10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Sprinkle in chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, dried oregano, and ground cinnamon. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in pumpkin puree, great northern beans, cannellini beans, and diced tomatoes. Mix thoroughly.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer; reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 30–60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In the last 10 minutes, add frozen corn to the chili.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with cilantro, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and lime wedges.
