  • 2 tbsp Green Onions Finely chopped, can replace with chives.
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning Essential seafood flavor.
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese Gruyère or pepper jack can offer different flavor profiles.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the cooked crab meat, chopped green onions, Old Bay seasoning, and shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Open the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  5. Place about 1 tablespoon of the crab filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll towards the narrow end.
  6. Arrange the rolled crescents on the baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Sprinkle chopped parsley or paprika on top immediately after baking.
  9. Allow to cool for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Notes
