- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Gently fold in the cooked crab meat, chopped green onions, Old Bay seasoning, and shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Open the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of the crab filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll towards the narrow end.
- Arrange the rolled crescents on the baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley or paprika on top immediately after baking.
- Allow to cool for 3-5 minutes before serving.
