In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined; avoid overmixing to keep the burgers tender.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip them and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the burgers reach your desired doneness.
While the burgers are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
Assemble the burgers by spreading mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Top with shredded lettuce, a burger patty with melted cheese, a slice of tomato, dill pickles, and a drizzle of ketchup and mustard. Place the top half of the bun on each burger.
