Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
  3. Add the softened cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Pour the chicken broth around the edges of the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir to combine with the cream cheese and ranch seasoning.
  7. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon, mixing until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with sliced green onions.
