  • 2 medium Apples (Honeycrisp or Gala) sliced
  • 1 cup Almonds toasted
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped
For the Dressing
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Vegetables and Fruits by slicing the cabbages, shredding the carrots, and slicing the apples. Toss apple slices with lemon juice.
  2. Toast the Almonds in a dry pan over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring until golden brown. Let cool.
  3. Mix the Slaw Ingredients in a large mixing bowl, combining all the veggies, toasted almonds, and dried cranberries. Toss to combine.
  4. Whisk Together the Dressing in a small bowl by combining olive oil, vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Dress the Slaw by pouring the dressing over the slaw mixture and gently tossing. Allow to sit for 10-15 minutes before serving.
