- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Cook the jumbo pasta shells until al dente, about 9-10 minutes. Drain and spread on a baking sheet to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, Cajun seasoning, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, heavy cream, and minced garlic until smooth and creamy.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Stuff each cooled shell with the filling and arrange in a greased baking dish.
