Method
 

Directions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Cook the jumbo pasta shells until al dente, about 9-10 minutes. Drain and spread on a baking sheet to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, Cajun seasoning, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, heavy cream, and minced garlic until smooth and creamy.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F. Stuff each cooled shell with the filling and arrange in a greased baking dish.
  4. Mix marinara sauce and chicken broth in a separate bowl and pour evenly over the stuffed shells.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove foil, drizzle olive oil on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
