Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your broiler to high, around 500°F (260°C). Position your oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source.
- Carefully cut through the top shell of each lobster tail with kitchen scissors and gently pull the lobster meat away from the shell, leaving it attached at the base.
- Pat the lobster meat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in 1/2 cup of heavy cream and stir well, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer for about 3-4 minutes until thickened.
- Stir in 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and season with salt and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Brush lobster tails generously with the garlic sauce, place on a baking sheet, and broil for 8-10 minutes until opaque and slightly browned.
- Remove from the oven, spoon more garlic butter sauce over them, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
