Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your broiler to high, around 500°F (260°C). Position your oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source.
  2. Carefully cut through the top shell of each lobster tail with kitchen scissors and gently pull the lobster meat away from the shell, leaving it attached at the base.
  3. Pat the lobster meat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  4. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in 1/2 cup of heavy cream and stir well, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer for about 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  6. Stir in 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and season with salt and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  7. Brush lobster tails generously with the garlic sauce, place on a baking sheet, and broil for 8-10 minutes until opaque and slightly browned.
  8. Remove from the oven, spoon more garlic butter sauce over them, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
