Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, cover with salted water in a pot, boil until fork-tender.
  2. Pat the shrimp dry, season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet, sear shrimp for 2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream and broth, whisk in Parmesan.
  5. Mash drained potatoes with butter and cream, season with salt.
  6. Return shrimp to sauce, cook for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  7. Serve mashed potatoes topped with shrimp and sauce, garnish with fresh herbs.
