  • 1 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese Shredded

  • Garlic Powder
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Red Pepper Flakes Optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Tortellini by boiling salted water, adding the cheese tortellini, and cooking for 3-5 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season and sear the Steak in a skillet with olive oil, cooking for 3-5 minutes on each side. Let rest.
  3. Prepare the Garlic Cream Sauce by melting butter and sautéing garlic until fragrant.
  4. Create the Cream Sauce by adding heavy cream and whole milk, simmering for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Incorporate the Cheese by whisking in parmesan until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning.
  6. Combine the Ingredients by slicing steak and returning it to the skillet with tortellini, tossing to coat.
  7. Garnish and Serve with chopped parsley and optional pepper flakes.
