Step-by-step Instructions
  1. Crush approximately 24 Oreos into fine crumbs and combine with 4 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter. Press into a greased 9-inch pie plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Whip 1 cup of heavy whipping cream with 1/4 cup of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes. Set aside covered.
  3. Beat 8 oz of softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, 1/4 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla until combined.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, then spoon the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Optional: top with chopped peanuts and chocolate syrup.
