Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add medium shrimp to the skillet and cook for approximately 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  5. Pour in lemon juice, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Fold the drained pasta into the sauce and combine. Add any additional vegetables.
  7. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  10. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
