Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Sear chicken tenderloins seasoned with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper for about 3 minutes on each side.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil, minced garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and uncooked orzo. Stir for about 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the chicken stock and bring to a boil, scraping the bottom of the skillet.
  5. Once boiling, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in fresh spinach and allow to wilt for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add heavy cream, dried basil, and red pepper flakes, mixing until well combined.
  8. Return seared chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for an additional 2-5 minutes.
  9. Serve immediately, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
