- Wash and optionally peel the apples. Slice them into 1/2-inch wedges, removing the core and seeds. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl for coating.
- Prepare three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with half of the cinnamon-sugar.
- Coat each apple slice in flour, then dip in egg and press into panko mixture. Set aside on a plate.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Place apple slices in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding. Lightly spray with cooking spray and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
