Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by cutting the chicken breasts into thin strips for even cooking. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper, ensuring all spices are evenly mixed. Toss the chicken strips with this spice blend, coating them well.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  3. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, assemble your wraps with a whole wheat tortilla, fresh spinach, shredded mozzarella, and chicken strips. Roll tightly.
  5. Lightly spray the outside of the wraps with olive oil. Place seam-side down in the air fryer basket and air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes, or until crispy.
