Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Soak the rice paper sheets in warm water for 10–15 seconds until soft and pliable. Lay them flat on a damp surface.
  2. Add cooked vermicelli noodles, a handful of fresh vegetables, and optional protein to the center of the rice paper sheet.
  3. Fold the sides of the rice paper inward and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  4. Brush each roll with a bit of oil to enhance crispiness.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  6. Arrange the rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove rolls from the air fryer and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
