Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk buttermilk, flour, cornstarch, egg, Sriracha, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and optional cayenne. Marinate the chicken for about 10 minutes.
  3. Spread panko breadcrumbs on a plate. Coat each chicken tender in breadcrumbs, pressing gently.
  4. Heat canola oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken tenders for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  5. Transfer fried chicken to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Toss in the Bang Bang Sauce while warm.
  6. Serve on a platter, garnished with chopped parsley.
