  3. Add lightly beaten eggs and lite beer to the dry mixture, whisking until smooth.

  5. Fry jalapeños in batches for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Transfer fried jalapeños to a paper towel-lined tray to drain excess oil.
