Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F.
  2. Pound the chicken breast to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
  3. Season both sides of the chicken with garlic powder and black pepper.
  4. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
  5. Dredge the chicken in flour, then dip in the egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  7. Toast the sandwich buns cut-side down until golden brown.
  8. Layer Swiss cheese and ham on each cooked chicken piece and cover to melt.
  9. Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard for the sauce. Spread onto toasted buns.
  10. Assemble the sandwich by placing chicken on the bun and serve immediately.
