For the Coating
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs or gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
For the Garlic Sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic fresh, minced
  • 1 cup Cream full-fat or half-and-half
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides; let sit for a few minutes.
  2. Combine panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish; dredge chicken breasts in the mixture.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add butter, and cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet; in the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds, then stir in cream and cook until thick.
  5. Plate the chicken and drizzle with garlic sauce; garnish if desired.
