Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare your slow cooker by lightly spraying the insert with cooking spray.

  3. Combine the coconut milk, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, salt, and pepper in a bowl, and whisk until smooth. Pour this mixture over the chicken and onion.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Check for doneness, shred the chicken, and return it to the sauce, stirring to combine.
  6. Serve warm over basmati rice or with naan.
