- In a 4-6 quart crockpot, pour in 3 cups of chicken broth. Add the frozen Mrs. T's Cheddar Pierogies and sliced kielbasa, then gently stir the mixture to combine. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover the crockpot with its lid and set it to cook on high for 3-4 hours, or on low for 6 hours.
- About 30 minutes before the cooking time is up, warm the remaining chicken broth over low heat. Add the cream cheese and stir until smooth.
- Pour the melted cream cheese mixture into the crockpot and mix everything together.
- Sprinkle an additional 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top and cook for another 30 minutes.
- Serve hot, offering optional garnishes of chopped green onions, salt, and pepper.
