Step-by-Step Instructions for Turtle Cheesecake
- Prepare the Cookie Crust by combining the chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter, press into a greased springform pan and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling by beating cream cheese and sugar together until smooth, add eggs one at a time, mixing followed by vanilla extract, pour filling over cooled crust.
- Bake the Cheesecake at 325°F for approximately 60 minutes, turn off oven and cool inside for an hour.
- Prepare the Topping by melting chocolate chips, drizzle over cheesecake and top with caramel sauce and pecans once cooled.
- Chill and Serve by refrigerating for at least 4 hours, then release sides of the springform pan and slice to serve.
