Step-by-Step Instructions for Turtle Cheesecake
  1. Prepare the Cookie Crust by combining the chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter, press into a greased springform pan and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling by beating cream cheese and sugar together until smooth, add eggs one at a time, mixing followed by vanilla extract, pour filling over cooled crust.
  3. Bake the Cheesecake at 325°F for approximately 60 minutes, turn off oven and cool inside for an hour.
