Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts into a ziplock bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish, then refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
  4. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the marinated chicken breasts to the heated grill or skillet, cooking each piece for 6 to 7 minutes per side.
  6. Once cooked, let the chicken rest on a cutting board for about 5 minutes.
  7. Slice the rested chicken breasts and serve with your chosen sides.
