- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Gently fold in the crab meat, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, and shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- At the wide end of each triangle, place about 1 tablespoon of the crab filling and roll towards the narrow end.
- Arrange the filled crescents on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Sprinkle with parsley or paprika while warm for color and flavor.
