  • 8 oz cream cheese full-fat for smooth filling
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for a lighter touch
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped; chives can be a substitute
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning or your favorite seafood spice mix
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese substitute with Gruyère or pepper jack
For the Dough
  • 1 pkg refrigerated crescent roll dough or puff pastry

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp paprika

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the crab meat, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, and shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. At the wide end of each triangle, place about 1 tablespoon of the crab filling and roll towards the narrow end.
  6. Arrange the filled crescents on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley or paprika while warm for color and flavor.
  9. Allow to cool for 3-5 minutes before serving warm.
