Grilling and Preparation
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C). Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until it reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest.
- Fill a pot with water and insert a steamer basket. Bring water to boil. Steam broccoli for 4-5 minutes until bright green and tender.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and adjust with water. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble bowls with cooked rice, chicken, and broccoli. Drizzle sauce over the top.
