  1. In a medium jar, combine full-fat coconut milk, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Use a milk frother or whisk vigorously for about 2–3 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If too thick, add a splash of oat milk to thin it out. Set aside.
  2. Grab a tall glass and fill it generously with ice, about halfway full. Pour in the chai tea concentrate, filling the glass about two-thirds of the way. Gently pour oat milk over the chai, watching the beautiful layering as it swirls together. Stir lightly to combine.
  3. Dollop the prepared pumpkin sweet cream over the top of your latte. Sprinkle a pinch of pumpkin pie spice on top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
