- In a medium jar, combine full-fat coconut milk, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Use a milk frother or whisk vigorously for about 2–3 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If too thick, add a splash of oat milk to thin it out. Set aside.
- Grab a tall glass and fill it generously with ice, about halfway full. Pour in the chai tea concentrate, filling the glass about two-thirds of the way. Gently pour oat milk over the chai, watching the beautiful layering as it swirls together. Stir lightly to combine.
- Dollop the prepared pumpkin sweet cream over the top of your latte. Sprinkle a pinch of pumpkin pie spice on top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
