- Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise into thinner cutlets and season with garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

- Add chopped onion to the same skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the drained tomatoes, black beans, corn, and smoked paprika; mix well and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
