Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the shrimp, asparagus, and mushrooms by peeling and deveining the shrimp, cutting the asparagus, and slicing the mushrooms.
  2. Marinate the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and a pinch of salt for about 10 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for about 30 seconds.
  5. Add the marinated shrimp to the pan and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Stir in the asparagus and mushrooms and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
