  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter melted
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 large Large Eggs room temperature
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Corn Starch
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
For the Mix-ins
  • 1 pkg Golden Oreos chopped
  • 1/2 cup Rainbow Sprinkles

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 or 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, corn starch, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat melted butter with granulated and brown sugars for about 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and then mix in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in chopped Golden Oreos and half of the rainbow sprinkles.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and generally press the remaining Oreos and extra sprinkles on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  9. Allow to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack for about 20-30 minutes before slicing.
