- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 or 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, corn starch, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat melted butter with granulated and brown sugars for about 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and then mix in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in chopped Golden Oreos and half of the rainbow sprinkles.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and generally press the remaining Oreos and extra sprinkles on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack for about 20-30 minutes before slicing.
