  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the sliced unsalted butter, granulated sugar, kosher salt, and remaining warm water. Add the foamed yeast and mix in the all-purpose flour until smooth.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface, knead until smooth, shape it into a ball, and let it rise covered for about 15 minutes.
  4. Prepare the baking dish by brushing it with melted butter and spread the dough evenly across the dish, then let it rest for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Remove the cover, brush the top with more melted butter, sprinkle mozzarella, and add grated Parmesan and garlic salt with oregano.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven at 350°F for 28 to 31 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
