Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine crushed pretzels, chopped pecans, and brown sugar. Pour in melted butter and mix until coated.
- Spread the pretzel mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden, then cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Just before serving, fold in sliced strawberries and half of the pretzel crunch.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and top with the remaining pretzel crunch before serving.
