Ingredients
  

For the Wine Base
  • 1 bottle dry white wine (Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 2-4 tablespoons honey or agave nectar to taste
  • 1/4 cup triple sec or orange liqueur can substitute with orange juice for non-alcoholic
For the Fruit Medley
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries washed
  • 1 lime lime slices thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon lemon slices thinly sliced
For the Fizzy Finish
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda add just before serving

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash all fresh berries under cold water and hull the strawberries, slicing them into thin pieces. Reserve some for garnish.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the chilled dry white wine, honey or agave nectar. Stir vigorously until the sweetener is dissolved.
  3. Gently fold in the prepared fruits including strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, lime, and lemon slices. Add the triple sec.
  4. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for 2 to 6 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, stir the mixture gently, pour over ice-filled glasses, and top with sparkling water or club soda. Garnish with reserved berries.
