Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure they get crispy. Add the wings to the bowl with the dry rub and toss until they are evenly coated.
Arrange the coated wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy them plain or with your favorite dipping sauce.
