- In a medium bowl, zest one orange and then squeeze its juice to gather about ¼ cup of fresh juice. Add in 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Whisk these ingredients together until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
- Wash and prepare your fruits. Rinse 1 cup of red seedless grapes and pat them dry. Rinse 1 cup of blackberries and set aside. Slice 2 sweet apples into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large serving bowl, combine the grapes, blackberries, and cubed apples. Add the chopped pecans and toss lightly.
- Drizzle the prepared cinnamon orange dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss until all the pieces are evenly coated.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to one hour before serving.
