  • 2 medium Sweet Apples (Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Gala) slice them last to prevent browning

Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, zest one orange and then squeeze its juice to gather about ¼ cup of fresh juice. Add in 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Whisk these ingredients together until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
  2. Wash and prepare your fruits. Rinse 1 cup of red seedless grapes and pat them dry. Rinse 1 cup of blackberries and set aside. Slice 2 sweet apples into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large serving bowl, combine the grapes, blackberries, and cubed apples. Add the chopped pecans and toss lightly.
  4. Drizzle the prepared cinnamon orange dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss until all the pieces are evenly coated.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to one hour before serving.
