Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
Fold in the cooked shrimp until evenly distributed.
Pour the shrimp mixture into the pre-made pie crust, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
