Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray the donut mold with nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and brown sugar.
  3. In another bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, melted butter, egg, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry and fold until just combined.
  5. Fill the mold cavities halfway with batter.
  6. Bake for 9-12 minutes until golden, checking doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes in the pan, then release onto a wire rack.
  8. Brush with melted butter and roll in the sugar and spice mixture.
