Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay a flour tortilla flat, then layer provolone cheese, deli roast beef, and French fried onions on one half. Brush edges with olive oil.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly from the filled side towards the unfilled edge, sealing it well. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Repeat with the remaining tortillas, brushing tops with olive oil before baking.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  6. While baking, prepare the au jus by combining beef consommé, water, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder in a saucepan. Heat until simmering.
  7. Remove baked roll ups, allow to cool slightly, then slice into halves or thirds and serve with the au jus.
  8. Enjoy your tasty roll ups hot with the dipping sauce!

For best results, roll each tortilla tightly and rotate baking sheet halfway through cooking to ensure even browning. Leftovers can be reheated in the oven for extra crispiness.
