  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves chopped

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, sliced red onion, minced garlic, and chopped basil.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
