Preparation Steps
- Soften the Cream Cheese by allowing it to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Prepare the Creamy Spread by mixing softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Warm the Tortillas in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds to soften them.
- Spread a layer of the creamy mixture across each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Add finely diced vegetables, shredded cheese, and optional onions evenly over the spread on each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other, leaving a half-inch edge at both ends.
- Chill rolled tortillas by wrapping them in plastic wrap and placing in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Slice the chilled roll ups into pinwheels, about 1 to 2 inches in width, and serve.
