In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed corn, cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, bell pepper, and red onion. Stir until well mixed.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the corn mixture and gently fold until everything is evenly coated.
Just before serving, add the Fritos corn chips to the salad and toss lightly to combine.
