Add the shredded chicken to the skillet and toss to coat it evenly in the sauce. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is heated through.
While the chicken is cooking, warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until pliable.
To assemble the tacos, place a generous portion of the BBQ chicken mixture on each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped cilantro.
Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
