  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Transfer the shrimp to a baking dish, spreading them out in a single layer.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
