Transfer the shrimp to a baking dish, spreading them out in a single layer.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
